Free support for 18–24s looking for a pathway into music management or administration.

Who we are

We are a new but reputable CIC (community interest company), providing free support to 18–24s who are looking for a pathway into music management or administration.

We have assisted a large number of London schools and institutions, and facilitated young people with events, internships, coaching, upskilling and employment.

We have a particular interest in supporting organisations and individuals who have a BAME, NEET, SEND or PRU background.

Our impact

For the last 5 years we've worked alongside schools, institutions and charities, supporting their young people — some hardest hit by a rise in unemployment and a tightening job market.
